καταδεϲμεύω ϲαι, ἡ Θεόδοτιϲ Εὖϲ, εἰϲ τὴν οὐρὰν τοῦ ὄφεωϲ καὶ εἰϲ
τὸ ϲτόμα τοῦ κορκοδείλου καὶ τοῖϲ κέραϲι τοῦ κρειοῦ καὶ τῷ ἰῷ τῆϲ ἀϲπί‐
δοϲ καὶ ταῖϲ θριξὶ τῆϲ ἐλούρου καὶ τῷ προϲθέματι τοῦ θεοῦ ἵνα μὴ δυ‐
νηθῇϲ ἑτέρῳ ἀνδρὶ ϲυνμιγῆναι πώποτε μήτε βινηθῆναι μήτε πυγι‐
ϲθῆναι μήτε ληκάζειν μηδὲ καθ᾽ἡδονὴν μεθ᾽ἑταίρῳ ἀνθρώπῳ

ϲτρωμένη{ν}, ζητοῦϲα ἀεροποτομένη τὸν Ἀμμωνίωνα Ἑρμιταρὶϲ καὶ
μηρὸν μηρῷ πελάϲῃ καὶ φύϲε[ι]ν φύσει πρὸϲ ϲυνουϲίαν ἀεὶ εἰϲ τὸν ἀεὶ χρό‐

translation
I bind you, Theodotis, daughter of Eus, to the tail of the snake and to the mouth of the crocodile and the horns of the ram and the poison of the asp and the whiskers of the cat and the forepart of the god so that you cannot ever have intercourse with another man nor be fucked nor be buggered nor fellate and not do anything for pleasure with another man, if it is not me alone, Amnion, son of Hermitaris. For only I am Lampsourê othikalak aiphnôsabaô stêseôn yellaphonta sankistê chphyris egg (?). Fulfill the content of this binding love-spell - this is the one that Isis used - so that Theodotis, daughter of Eus, may no longer have experience of another man than me alone, Amnion, she being enslaved, driven mad, flying through the air in search of Amnion, son of Hermitages, and so that she bring thigh to thigh and sexual organ to sexual organ for intercourse always, for the entire time of her life.
