Ἡρακὼ καὶ Κλυκήρα, καὶ τὸ ἐπιμανὴς, στοργάς, ἑστείαν, ὅ τη δίκαιον καταδεῖν.

Persephone! I,
bind my husband.
He humiliated me in a harsh way, with
ravings and with violent actions he broke (with me), he says (?)
that, oy, he loves others than me, Glykera,
screaming at the child scary things and reproaches,
and spreading awful shouts. Against Glykera
He holds many grudges. Persephone,
constrain (him) to put an end to the separation and
rage.

II
I, Glykera, curse
his lover,
and whatever house he (enters?)
and if he goes to the wars;
I bind his words, feet and hands;
I will make dumb,
O powerful daughter of Zeus, also the nurses,
Herako, and Klukera; and his
obsession, his love-affairs, his household,
and what it is fair to curse.

Persephone! Meinen
Mann binde ich dir herab.
Der hat mich arg misshandelt, mit
Frevel und Gewalt brach er (mit mir); sagt,
dass er, weh!, andere liebt als (m)ich, o ich (arme) Glykera,
das Kind mit Schrecken und Vorwürfen anbrüllend,
wildes Geschrei verbreitend. Der Glykera ist er sehr
mißgünstig. Persephone, zwinge (ihn),
Schluss mit Wegsein und Wut zu ma-
chen!

II
Ich, Glykera, binde hinab
dieGeliebte von jenem
und die Häuser, soviele er [verwaltet],
- - -und zum (Liebes?)Kampf geht. Ich werde binden
Worte, Füße und Hände; und zungenlos werde ich machen,
Kore, mächtige (Tochter) des Zeus, seine Ziehmütter, die
Herako und die Klykera, und seine
Besessenheit, seine Liebschaften, sein Zuhause,
und (alles) was rechtens ist herabzu-
binden.
