σὺ δὲ κάτοχος
γενοῦ
τὸν ἀγαθόν

καταδῶ
καὶ αὀτὲν

γλῶτ(τ)αν
καὶ χεῖρας
καὶ πόδας
καὶ ὅτι Sp. 3
ἐγάζεται
πρὸ τὸν δόλι̣ο̣ν
Ἑρμῆν
ἄθλια ἀεικῇ τε
γε̣νήσθαι.
καὶ παρὰ τῆς χθονίας VERSO
καταδ̣ε̣δ̣έσθαι, καὶ ἀνισταμένει
ἐξ εὐνῆς ἀφα̣ν̣ὲς γενέ̣σθαι
καὶ κατακοιμωμένηι,
καὶ πάντηι καὶ εἴ τις ἔστι σὺν̣
αὐ̣τε̑ι.

καὶ πρὸϲ τὸν κάτοχον Ἑρμῆν· ϲὺ δὲ κάτοχοϲ γενοῦ τὸν ἀγαθόν Θεοδότην καταδῶ καὶ αὀτὲν καὶ τὴν γλῶτταν καὶ χεῖραϲ καὶ πόδαϲ καὶ ὅτι ἐργάζεται πρὸϲ τὸν δόλιον Ἑρμῆν ἄθλια ἀεικῇ τε γενήϲθαι. καὶ παρὰ τῆϲ χθονίαϲ καταδεδέϲθαι, καὶ ἀνιϲταμένει ἐξ εὐνῆϲ ἀφανὲϲ γενέϲθαι καὶ κατακοιμωμένηι, καὶ πάντηι καὶ εἴ τιϲ ἔϲτι ϲὺν αὐτει.
translation
A: And before Hermes katochos (the binder) < the good one!> – do be a katochos. I curse Theodote, her, and her tongue and her hands, and whatever she makes before Hermes dolios let it become pitiful and shameful.
B: And by (or: from) the chthonian goddess | let her be bound, and when she gets out of | bed let all for her be uncertain | and also when she sleeps, | and everywhere she goes and whoever is with | her.
